Eligibility for Refunds

- Not have violated our Terms of Service
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Renewals after the initial 30-day period
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
- Add-on services purchased separately
- Third-party integration costs
- Usage fees for API calls or additional resources
How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No refund will be provided for the remaining days in your billing cycle

Downgrades and Plan Changes
If you downgrade your plan:

Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend your account
- Pursue the matter with your financial institution
- Ban your account from future use of our services
